Buffalo Home Inspection Inc. is owned and operated by James and Angelica Delaney. Jim is licensed by the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board and personally performs all of our home inspections.
Jim is a U.S. Army veteran and proud patriot. He has over 15 years of experience as a residential remodeling contractor, specializing in tile installation and bathroom renovations.
Angelica has over 10 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry, working as a loan officer and underwriting specialist.
We proudly reside in Knightdale, North Carolina.

Comprehensive and thorough visual inspection of the entire home according to NCHILB Standards of Practice. An extensive, easy to understand written report with photos will accompany each inspection.

Our radon testing is conducted using the industry standard RadStar A310 Continuous Radon Monitor. The device will continuously monitor radon levels in the home for 48 hours. Results are available immediately after test completion.

I offer professional laboratory water quality testing with any home inspection. Typically, I test well water for coliform and e-coli bacteria, however a more thorough test panel is also available for well or municipal water sources. Results are available in as little as 48 hours.

I offer termite and pest inspections with every home inspection for your convenience. I will arrange for a licensed pest control technician to conduct the inspection while I am at the property performing the home inspection. You will receive the termite and pest inspection report as soon as it is available, in addition to your home inspec

I also offer comprehensive septic system inspections to suit your needs. I will arrange for a licensed septic inspector to conduct the inspection around the same time as I am conducting the home inspection. You will receive an additional detailed report which you can use in your closing negotiations.
